4-Week Stress Buster

For one month only during October in Scarborough we are offering beginner classes on the basics of meditation and stress reduction.  Each week qualified meditation Teacher Sandra Lewis will guide you through meditations, describing new techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful and happy mind in daily life.

Everybody welcome – $12 for each class

In this introductory talk with meditation, you will be introduced to easy breathing techniques that will help you find your own peace of mind. As well, you will learn the basics of developing and maintaining a peaceful mind all the time.

Oct 11 Getting Your Life in Context

Moving on with more meditation and getting to know how to put things in perspective, so  you can keep a healthy and constantly positive attitude whatever circumstances appear in your life.

Oct 18 Seven Keys to Happiness

Simple meditations and learning to create the roots of your future happiness while removing the roots of future suffering by using seven essential techniques in your daily life.

Oct 25 Meaningful Meditations

Special wisdom meditations on how to recognize when something is wrong and what it is, and how to fix the problem using the rich techniques shared by Buddha – life-changing perspectives for everyone.
