For four weeks only in February 2019 Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will visit Mississauga Central Library to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction. We are very fortunate as Gen-la will be bringing his almost 40 years of experience to these special talks and meditations for beginners.
If you are intending to join in then please book early as places are limited (due to availability at Central Library) to 25 people for weeks 7th, 14th and 28th of Feb and 12 people on 21st February. We are aware of the high interest in Mississauga so please let us know if you were not able to book a place on this occassion. We are hoping to run further classes later in 2019; we will try our best to include everyone who wishes to attend.
