Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will guide the entire retreat following the special presentation from Venerable Geshe Kelsang’s books: How to Understand the Mind (Sutra) and Oral Instructions of Mahamudra (Tantra).

Vajrayogini Counting Retreat and Self Generation Retreat

AN OPPORTUNITY TO DRAW CLOSER to Buddha Vajrayogini in the newly renovated and sound proofed upstairs meditation room at the Kadampa Temple.

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will guide the beginning sessions and will be available for retreat advice throughout this one-month silent retreat.

To attend either retreat it is necessary to have received Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments.
