About the Course

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.

If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and emotional discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness. But if our mind is disturbed, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.

In this course, we will practise developing a feeling of inner peace, learning how to maintain a peaceful mind throughout the day, so that the experience of joy in our lives will not be so fleeting and unreliable. We will learn how to be happy in the most challenging of situations.

Course Schedule

The course will consist of three sessions and two breaks. Each session will include guided meditation and a talk. There will also be a chance to ask questions.
