3-Week Stress Buster

For three weeks only during March at Mount Pleasant Library we are offering this series designed to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction.  Each week qualified meditation Teacher Sandra Lewis will guide you through meditations, describing new techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful and happy mind in daily life.

Everybody welcome – The entire series is $25 or $12 per class. Drop-ins welcome.

March 12 Letting Go of Anxiety

In this introductory talk with meditation, you will be introduced to easy breathing techniques that will help you find your own peace of mind. As well, you will learn the basics of developing and maintaining a peaceful mind all the time.

March 19 Getting Your Life in Context

Moving on with more meditation and getting to know how to put things in perspective, so  you can keep a healthy and constantly positive attitude whatever circumstances appear in your life.

March 26 Seven Keys to Happiness

Deeper meditation and learning to create the roots of your future happiness while removing the roots of future suffering by using seven essential techniques in your daily life.
