4-Week Stress Buster

For one month only:  This April at Toronto’s Main Street Library, we are offering a 4-week series designed to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction.  Each week, qualified meditation Teacher, Sandra Lewis will guide you through meditations, describing techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful, happy mind in daily life.

Everybody welcome – The entire series is $30 or $12 per class. Drop-ins welcome.

April 9 Letting Go of Anxiety

In this introductory talk with meditation, you will be introduced to easy breathing techniques that will help you find your own peace of mind. As well, you will learn the basics of developing and maintaining a peaceful mind all the time.

April 16 Getting Your Life in Context

Moving on with more meditation and getting to know how to put things in perspective, so  you can keep a healthy and constantly positive attitude whatever circumstances appear in your life.

April 23 Seven Keys to Happiness

Deeper meditation and learning to create the roots of your future happiness while removing the roots of future suffering by using seven essential techniques in your daily life.

April 30 Meaningful Meditations

Final wisdom meditations on how to recognize when something is wrong and what it is, and how to fix the problem using the rich techniques shared in this course – life-changing perspectives for everyone.
