4-Week Stress Buster

For one month only at Jane/Dundas Library we are offering this 4-week course designed to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction.  Each week qualified meditation Teacher Cynthia McGilvray, will guide you through meditations, describing new techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful and happy mind in daily life.
