About the Course

To progress in meditation and to live a peaceful and meaningful life we need to develop our self confidence. On this day we will learn how to construct a positive self-view and break free from our limitations. We will learn essential meditations and practical understandings that give a grounded, genuine and stable self-confidence without feeling self-important. In this way, we can start to unlock our limitless potential for pure happiness.
