About the Course

In this short urban retreat, we will explore the qualities of a healthy mind and how these qualities can be enhanced through formal meditation practice and a special awareness when we are not meditating. We will learn Buddha’s scientific methods for releasing us from painful, unhappy thoughts and feelings, thus enabling us to enjoy the freedom of mental peace. With a peaceful mind, we can find joy in our lives.

Everybody welcome. No experience necessary.

Course Schedule

The course will consist of three sessions and two breaks. Each session will include guided meditation and a talk. There will also be a chance to ask questions.
