Urban Retreat

Enjoy a meaningful short break with two days of quiet guided retreat. Time for reflection and replenishing.  Come for the whole two and half days or less. Thurs and Friday will be more meditative with a short talk and guided meditation each session and on Saturday the two classes will give more detail and explanation on how to maintain your newly found peace of mind in your daily life.

About the Retreat

Where does happiness truly come from? Why haven’t we found everlasting happiness? Can we be happy all the time? In this short retreat, we will learn the true cause of happiness and will be given practical methods to apply and help us work towards this extraordinary goal.

Accommodation A variety of accommodation is now available in our newly renovated residence nearby. All accommodation includes continental breakfast.
