About the Course

Buddha taught that happiness and suffering are states of mind. But in our constant search for personal happiness, we turn to external sources which ultimately let us down. In this workshop, we will explore Buddhist teachings that give clear, precise methods for finding and growing our personal happiness, without ignoring the happiness of those around us. And without having to rely upon external conditions.
