In this busy modern world many people are now turning to meditation. If you’ve been thinking of trying meditation or wish to reboot your practice of meditation, this course is perfect for you! In this class you will learn what meditation is, the benefits of meditation and how to begin a meditation practice. Everyone is welcome, whether Buddhist or not.
