About the Course

Attachment is like a rope that binds us to a life of suffering. It keeps us investing our energy in things that can’t give us the real lasting peace and happiness we crave. Our attachment keeps us bound in unhealthy mental habit patterns, repeating mistakes that undermine our personal growth.

During this half-day course, we will learn the meditations Buddha taught to free our mind from attachment and allow us to enjoy a life of real fulfillment.

The course includes guided meditations, teachings on how to overcome our unhealthy desires, and an opportunity to ask questions.

Course Schedule

The course will consist of two sessions and one break. Each session will include a guided meditation and a talk. There will also be a chance to ask questions.
